Management of Digital Change
Companies founded before the digital age must identify the opportunities of digital technologies and deal with associated risks systematically and proactively. Appropriate management structures and adequate instruments are required to cope with digital change. Such structures and instruments are the focus of the work of this research group. The focus is generally on the organizational level, but also addresses the individual level on a case-by-case basis. The approach to the topics is usually empirical, but occasionally innovative solutions are developed and tested.
